Toney Douglas is my favorite Knick

Gimme that ball!

After watching the Knicks vs. Nets preseason game, I am very impressed with Toney Douglas. The kid loves playing defense, pressures and fights over screens with a big grin on his face. He’s a back-up point guard who has also found a role playing next to Raymond Felton at the two position. He’s not really a team manager at the PG, but he can attack and shoot, which are good features in a backup tweener guard. Watching him press and trap and recover and rack up 6 steals was actually fun. I can’t remember the last time I watched a fun Knicks game… I think Mark Jackson was the starting point guard.

Thank you, Toney!
